Nephron: Add additional aggregations for backwards compatibilty and optimized access

Description

In addition to the aggregations for

exporter/interface/tos/(app, host, conv)

aggregations for

exporter/interface/(app, host, conv)

should be precalculated. These aggregations can be used if no ToS filter exists. This has two benefits:

  1. Optimizatitons: There is less runtime work to do for Elastic

  2. Backwards compatibility: The additional aggregations match the aggregations that existed before ToS functionality was added.
