Doc update for PrometheusCollector parameters

Description

The Admin Guide for the Prometheus Collector needs the following changes in the table for "Collector Parameters":

  • The header-* parameter appears to have an extra markdown ` character

  • The url parameter should probably have a suggested value of [http://INTERFACE_ADDRESS:9100/metrics|http://interface_address:9100/metrics]  This conforms to the default Prometheus URI and "INTERFACE_ADDRESS" will allow OpenNMS to substitute the service's IP for the current node.
