Fix example configuration for Scriptd

Description

Due to the introduction of immutable events, users have to refactor their Scriptd code as they now receive org.opennms.netmgt.events.api.model.IEvent instead of org.opennms.netmgt.xml.event.Event.

For this reason, the sample code in the /opt/opennms/etc/examples directory for Scriptd is broken and should be fixed.

I'm attaching the fixed version of the configuration files (tested in 27.1.1).
