This epic is to track the work to implement / rewrite the geo map feature in opennms using Vue 3 and Java Script with the addition of topology links.

The high level work breakdown is as follows:

• New front end application with Vue & JS

• Topology links using graph API

• Generation of node models & graph APIs from docs 

• Basic test infrastructure for the new front end.

• Web socket for events for streaming data (future)
