SNMPv3 traps are not counted correctly in JMX metrics
Description
Trap reception metrics are exposed via JMX, but it appears that SNMPv3 traps are always counted as SNMPv2, regardless of whether the source is a V3 trap or inform.
I looked through the code hoping for an easy fix, but it appears this will take a more skilled set of eyes than mine.
