In default installation the ActiveMQ Total Enqueued Messages throw divde error exceptions

Description

When you install a clean H29.0.0 and have the OpenNMS-JVM monitoring enabled, you get the divide error exceptions as the following in your collectd.log for both high/low ActiveMQ queue message thresholds.
