DCB - Implement the ability to store the device configuration in a repository and related activities

Description

This epic will cover user stories that will implement the following related to storing a device configuration.

  1. The device configuration is stored in an appropriate repository (database)

  2. The device config can be retrieved from the repository and downloaded onto a local machine.

  3. Alarm will be raised when storing of config fails.

  4. Necessary REST API definition & implementation.

  5. Includes versioning of backups.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

The configs are successfully stored in the repository (database)

The stored configs are successfully downloaded onto the local machine

Failure to store raises an alarm

Configs are kept for the retention duration. Configs are deleted after the retention duration.
