OpenNMS Availability 'Chart' Shouldn't Include Time Before Connected

Description

The node availability chart will show all green for a newly added minion. Gives the impression it was communicating and healthy during the time before it was added, which can be misleading.
Attached example shows a minion that was added to the system at approx 17:00 or so, but shows green for a long duration previous to that. Might be more accurate to either not show anything for the time before it was added, or even show it as grey.
