In the Requisitions section (development/rest/requisitions.adoc), make the following updates. Dino or Alex  the best person to review, as they were on the original thread.

In the "GETS" table, update the /requisitions/count resource definition as follows:

Get the number of undeployed requisitions. (Returns plaintext, rather than XML or JSON.)
