Link in ERROR log doesn't exist

Description

When running OpenNMS as non-root, the follow ERROR level messages appear in the logs:

 

manager.log:2022-01-31 13:18:26,321 ERROR [Main] o.o.n.i.j.JniPinger: Permission error received while attempting to open ICMP socket. See https://wiki.opennms.org/wiki/ICMP for information on configuring ICMP for non-root.
manager.log:2022-01-31 13:18:26,322 ERROR [Main] o.o.n.i.j.Jni6Pinger: Permission error received while attempting to open ICMP socket. See https://wiki.opennms.org/wiki/ICMP for information on configuring ICMP for non-root.

 

However, the link to https://wiki.opennms.org/wiki/ICMP does not exist.
