Web UI copyright year needs updating

Description

The copyright year still reads "2002-2021" in the following web UI locations:

  • includes/bootstrap-footer.jsp

  • includes/footer.jsp which still says 2002-2020, but may be unused now?

  • about/index.jsp
    Fix should go back as far as the current PoweredBy / Meridian maintenance floor.
