Shorten "External Requisitions and Thread Pools" item in New UI Preview

Description

The current name is so long that it wraps, throwing off the layout of the nav-rail.

Can we shorten it to just "External Requisitions"?

Acceptance / Success Criteria

  • Chosen label does not wrap in nav rail
