Add integer gauge items to the datachoices telemetry payload for:

• Total number of requisitions defined in the system

• Number of requisitions whose foreign-source definitions have been changed versus the system's default foreign-source definition

When counting requisitions, please look at the requisition repository. Counting distinct values of OnmsNode.foreignSource is easier but skew the story.
