Event / Alarms filtering no longer works

Description

Event and Alarm filters in eventlist and alarmlist does not work anymore.
Example: no filters are applied if you klick on "Show only events for this UEI" filter in web ui event list

Installed clean OpenNMS on fresh Ubuntu 20.0.4 - same problem.

Another example: show "Recent Events" on a node and click on any "quick filter" (+ or -) the node filter is reset and you see all events from all nodes

What's the chance of this getting also targeted to 2022. Versions 2022.1.5+ are affected.
