Description

Set up a basic Java CLI app to read/process MOS CDR files and send Graphite messages.

  • set up basic application with dependencies

  • may or may not do file watching

  • read CDR file, probably passed on command line

  • parse CDR file, get MOS data

  • send Graphite message to OpenNMS

This has been done and put into an opennms-forge repo.

Will have code reviewed via a separate Jira ticket, plus there are additional enhancements to be made.
