Appliance: Minion fails to come up with 30.0.2 and bleeding image

Description

Minion Appliance fails to come with HZN 30.0.2 and bleeding images.

Similar symptoms to NMS-14441 which was fixed prior to releasing 30.0.1. ( Pr https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/pull/4931)

I used `sed` to patch my minion's config and restarted the container from the command line.

 

With this patch in place, it does now connect to Horizon 30.0.2.

I've not really an idea why this is happening again. My fix is to remove the JCEKS implementation form featuresBoot and let the KarafExtender load the implementation. But this entry was present also in 30.0.1 and before. So, I've no clue why this break again. Please review and test:
