GraphiteAdapter, allow groovy script to set the node

Description

Make sure Graphite messages sent to OpenNMS after parsing CDR files are tied to a specific node. This will be a combination of parsing CDR data, putting identifying data into the Graphite path, then updating the telemetryd-adapter Groovy script which takes that Graphite path and ties it to a node for time series storage.

Product manager note: this work was needed in support of a non-product effort which involved parsing and persisting call-quality data from call detail record (CDR) files, hence the phrasing in the description. The enhancement is useful for any application of the Graphite telemetry adapter.
