Feather UIs get breadcrumbs mimicking OG UI

Description

Following the removal of the UI Preview's nav-rail, Feather UIs need breadcrumb trails added as a navigation aid. These breadcrumbs should mimic the styling and syntax of the ones used throughout the old-school UI.

Acceptance / Success Criteria

  • All Feather UIs get a consistently styled tray for breadcrumbs which mimics what's seen throughout the old-school UI

  • The breadcrumb trails themselves mimic the styling and syntax of the ones in the old-school UI

  • UIs that are OPA-provided UI extensions get a trail like "Plugins / [Plugin Name]", echoing their location the menus
