Database reports need to be rebranded

Description

The reports generated in the Database Reports section of the UI, still use a template with the old branding. This needs to be updated, for all of the reports.

Hi, here is the pull request

There are a lot of places where the logo is used. mostly the logo have no sizing parameters. So i can only change the logo.

Adding svg and png versions of the logo here.

I invested some time and checked the reports in Horizon and Meridian. There are no old logos in the current version. Neither as gif/jpgs etc nor as svg.

Bonnie has tested the current version again and can't reproduce the error either.

Only the quality of the logo is not the best.

Attached a sample report run on a 29.0.9 system.

Beyond the logotype, we should also adjust the colors of the section headers and the fonts to be aligned with the H28+ visual identity.
