Because we keep on getting stuff like in output.log.

We've combed through the code several times to add handlers like this, marking as fixed because I don't think it's a major concern any more.

We should probably run through and audit this at some point.

And make sure that it is a default Throwable handler.

An alternative, or in addition, we might want to set a default uncaught exception handler.
