No packaging for mib2events, mibparser, and Provisioning Adapters

Description

There is no packaging for the following elements:

a) mib2events (the java update of mib2opennms)
b) parseMib.sh (the mibparser opennms system)
c) the rancidAdapater
d) the mapsAdapter
e) the dnsAdapters

MIB2Events is now packaged as RPM and Debian, as well as a binary available at http://sf.net/projects/opennms/files/MIB2Events/

I'd actually like to reopen this so that I can remember to package mib2events before 1.10 is out.

I'm going to close this issue. Just because mib2events is the only one that has to be yet finished. The other are packaged or distributed under contrib.

Ben, parseMib.sh is used to generata content for datacollection.xml!
It parses the mib file and generate groups for data collection.
At the end it uses a java program to parse mibs...

For that regards the adapters, actually we have packages only for some OS.
If I want to enable for example the rancidAdapter the only think needed is move the jar file
into $OPENNMS_HOME/lib.

So my idea is just distribute the adapters in a directory like contrib/adapters....and document this on the Wiki.
