Here are snippets for data collection and graphs from newer DELL DRAC models. This has been tested with a M1000e blade chassis management controller. It collects current and power usage from the chassis and its 6 associated PSU units.
I don't have access to newer DRAC cards in "regular" PowerEdge servers, but in theory it could collect data from these, too. Comments welcome. At least the updated <systemDef> does not seem to break collecting from older DRAC cards without power reporting.

The graph templates were correct on snmp-graph.properties. I added the systemDef and data collection groups for Dell RAC in datacollection/dell.xml
This has been fixed on revision 6985e71ddfe2778d7bbf72e167ab0a4fc03c045f for 1.10

Just noticed while upgrading: In 1.6.7, the snmp-graph snippets have been merged, but the identifiers were not added to the reports= variable on top of the file.
It seems the datacollection-config.xml snippets have not been merged at all.
Please consider the missing snippets for inclusion.
