Add nodeID to title field on element/node.jsp

Description

I experimented with putting it in a couple of places and finally put it in the title field because it was least obtrusive (that may be a question of taste though. It can be moved to the breadcrumb field if it seems better there)

I've added a similar solution on the following revision:

1.10: 79482584595a6ea023dbfc9c948820b4f26ccb59

The solution was also merged into 1.12 branch.

This is how it looks:

Node: ubuntu-virtual (ID: 39) Created via provisioning requisition Virtual (foreignId: 1002)

Also, the title's page contains the Node's ID.
