dispatcher-servlet.xml contains the page navigation entries, I modify this to contain additional short cuts to important monitoring pages (not handled by opennms) I also remove stuff I don't need or want (Such as 'Charts') when installing a new version, this file is blindly overwritten and any changes are not kept.

As a user I would like this to change such that at the very least a warning is presented to the user with the option to preserve the original file.
