Threshold alarms on OpenNMS home

Description

Improve the OpenNMS homepage with an additional box for threshold alarms. It will show all default threshold alarms generated from OpenNMS by default. All unacknowledged alarms with event uei starting with

uei.opennms.org/threshold/

should be displayed on the first page in OpenNMS. To save space the high, low, relative/absolute change threshold types are iconyified slightly smiling face Clearing the alarm will also remove the alarms from the box.

The result in a sample as attachement.

This is IMHO a typical "vote for it" patch. For installation instructions look at README.txt inside the archive.

So feel free.

We passed the ugly but working state already a few times slightly smiling face I have restored the branch from the PR with the latest work in https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/tree/NMS-4433. The main problem I had to meet the requirement expressed in the PR comments: https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/pull/524

I've just dropped an ugly-but-working update that works against Meridian 2017.1.5. It probably applies equally well to Horizon 21. I also have an idea for resurrecting this effort in a way that it can be merged.

This feature is refactored and added as pull request in https://github.com/OpenNMS/opennms/pull/524.

Is this feature compatible with OpenNMS Horizon 17?
