Default JDBC data collection config does not work

Description

The default jmx-datacollection-config.xml file has several problems that stop it working. I have a new version to commit that actually works, as well as adds a "nodeCount" attribute for the OpenNMS DB and a nice set of global statistics for MySQL 5.1 based on a nearly-working example found in the project wiki:
