Description
I am unable to define new poller with capsd disabled. I defined a new poller and restarted OpenNMS as I would normally do but since have disabled capsd and am only using provisiond at this point. I restarted OpenNMS and the poller does not appear as a option to select from the GUI. I then re-enabled capsd and restarted and the poller is now available.

Unable to manually provision service via GUI without first defining detector

What do you mean by "the poller does not appear as a option to select from the GUI"? Are you talking about the provisioning group editor? Can you paste the URL of the page where you are not seeing the poller?
