KSC Reports fails due to Missing Parameter: report

Description

When attempting to view a KSC Report, the following error occurs:

Missing Parameter
The request you made was incomplete. It was missing the report parameter.
The following parameters are required:
report

Forgot to add the equal sign between the report parameter and value. Fixed in commit f6bfac6dfcdfcf907cf241a353b93062c09e5e1a
