KSC Overall Report Menu Formatted Strangely

Description

While rebuilding barbrady, I noticed that when going to Reports -> KSC Reports the list of available KSC reports looks odd if there are few reports. With zero, the is a large grey square labelled "Resources". With one report, the square gets smaller and the report name is displayed below it, in a large white square.
