here is the event definition for the Juniper jnxJsChassisClusterSwitchover SNMP trap.

I've created it using mib2events against the JUNIPER-CHASSIS-CLUSTER-MIB mib.

I've committed your definition to the 1.10 branch with minor modifications to match the indentation style of the existing Junos.events.xml file and the addition of an <alarm-data> element whose reduction-key de-duplicates instances of this event that concern the same redundancy group, cluster-ID, and node-ID.
