Well, with the new topology stuff this seems to be obsolete

The map application is moew then five years old, while a lot of work has been done for refactoring the javascript on the client side no work has been made to clean up the java classes on the server side.

These classes "well" in particular the Managers need to be cleaned and reasonably moved to our dao and hibernate.
