/!\ reduction-key is not correct for 1st event definition

should be changed from

<alarm-data reduction-key="%source%:%snmphost%:%id%:%parm#1%:%parm#2%:%parm#3%:%parm#4%:%parm#5%" alarm-type="1" />

to

<alarm-data reduction-key="%source%:%snmphost%:%id%:%parm#1%:%parm#2%:%parm#3%:%parm#5%" alarm-type="1" />

reason: parm#4 is "the number of attacks recorded" which, obviously, changes every time a trap is sent.

I've found why OpenNMS doesn't restart when using this file: It's just because of the 2nd line "<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>". It should be deleted.

Regarding the duplicate value, you're right, the "specific" element differs... I guess I need to read some SNMP related RFCs again face with tongue
