Notices for events with a regex UEI have a bad label
Description
When using regular expressions to define UEIs for notices, the event label shows "No label found". We should be able to add something a little more descriptive. See screenshot.

File 0002-Add-ability-to-create-a-regular-expression-for-an-ev.patch adds the ability to define a regular expression to be used to match the UEI for notifications when creating a new notification via the web UI.

Attaching a patch to fix this. For notifications whose UEI is a regular expression, display a tag "REGEX:" along with the regular expression rather than attempt to look the event up in the eventconf factory.
