model-importer.properties should be deprecated and removed
Description
I noticed that the file $OPENNMS_ETC/model-importer.properties now has a new property in its content (since when I don't know, sorry). These properties should not be used with Provisiond and this setting should be moved to provisiond-configuration.xml as were the other properties that were originally in this file. The property I refer to is:
Where to store requisition and foreign source data importer.requisition.dir = /opt/opennms/etc/imports importer.foreign-source.dir = /opt/opennms/etc/foreign-sources

Model Importer no longer exists. This should be removed. All settings are now in provisiond-configuration.xml.

I would have put it there, if I had known of provisiond-configuration.xml's existence...
Also since we were reusing the requisition directory (which has always been in that properties file) it made sense to put the foreign-source directory next to it.
