Adding a node through "Add Node" when filling in the hostname/IP but not Node Name results in a null node name
Description
under 1.11.90, when you use the "Add Node" feature and do not fill out the Node Name box, the node is created, but with a null node ID. At the very least, if no node name is given, the node should be either the IP address or hostname as entered.
To reproduce, create a provisioning requisition. Next, go to "Add Node" in the upper bar, and create a new node, only puttin gin the hostname/IP Address. Create the node, then go to the "Node List" screen. You will see the new Node ID, but with no clickable node name.
