New events/datacollection for Liebert USV

Description

With 1.11.93-SNAPSHOT (SNMP MIB Compiler) I was able to compile some LIEBERT MIBs. They needed a specific order to be imported. In past I wasn't successful with it.
I'm not sure, if 1.11.x already "knows" this OIDs. If not, you can import the files attached

Mabye they were identicalyl in past. But today not.

The event trap configuration and the data collection configuration already exist.
