The report SerialInterfaceUtilizationSummary is showing duplicated data.

Description

I noticed that the report query includes information about node's categories, that are not being used on the report (or the sub-reports. Because of this, the information from a node is displayed several time if the node belongs to several categories, which is not correct.

Fixed on revision 39fd264c8490a9f901b648989bafb4093bcc3bf3 on 1.10.

Before fixing the issue with the query, the following revisions were merged from master into 1.10 in order to have the latest fixed on the report in question:

So this change can be merged without issues with 1.12 and master.
