Syslog Northbounder is not translating the node labels

Description

After enabling the syslog-northbounder feature, I'm seeing exceptions on alarmd.log for all the alarms associated with nodes.

The reason is because the code is not using the nodeId from the alarm.

Environment

Enable the Northbounder-Syslog integration to forward alarms to a syslog server, and configure a valid syslog server as a target on $OPENNMS_HOME/etc/syslog-northbounder-configuration.xml
