Requisition editor should trim whitespace from critical fields

Description

When editing a requisition in the web UI, it's possible for leading or trailing whitespace to sneak into certain fields and get saved to the requisition. This can lead to very confounding silent failures of the requisition editor subsequent to the bad edit, or to operational problems down the road.

We should trim the values of the following fields in the ProvisioningService:

node.foreignId
node.parentForeignSource
node.parentForeignId (
interface.ipAddr (breaks editor)
