NRTG is throwing ConcurrentModificationException

Description

A customer is running OpenNMS 1.12.5 with Oracle JDK 7u45 on a CentOS 6 machine.

After trying to start NRTG on a SNMP metric from the WebUI, it shows the exception attached on nrtg-exception.log

Fixed on foundation on revision a41d7482d4c2a29ef9fe0dbe0e85ff32cd582341 for foundation. This will be merged upstream for the upcoming versions of OpenNMS.

The correct solution is attached as a patch file, as well as a test class that I've used to validate the solution (including a screenshot to prove it).

A customer has reported on 14.0.3 the same exception.

The provided solution is not 100% correct.

Fixed on revision 795cbe12d34fbd74b19465965e16289295ff1d89 for 1.12.

The fix will be eventually merged on master.

As a side note: graph with complex/large legend are not rendered properly when NTRG works.
