host with single quote in the name breaks UI menu items

Description

I have a host that has single quotes in the hostname returned by snmp.

When this host is discovered the it shows in the node list no problems, but this addition causes Resource Graphs & KSC graphs links under home -> reports to stop working.

When you click those links (with the problematic node present) the customised report & Node & Domain Interface Reports tables are empty (under home -> reports -> resource graphs/KSC Reports). Deleting the node or removing the single quote from the node label brings them back.

I cannot reproduce this one in foundation-2016. I tested with all types of
single quotes ('`´) and it seem to work fine.
