Add WMI data collection and graphs for paging, disk I/O, and total memory

Description

  • Add WMI data collection points and graphs for memory paging (hard faults), WMI physical disk transfer rates, and WMI physical disk current and average queue lengths and busy/idle statistics

  • Add win32_OS WMI data collection class and specific metric to get and graph the total amount of memory visible to Windows

Hi Ronny, as per http://www.opennms.org/documentation/ReleaseNotesStable.html#opennms-14.0.3, this patch and also https://opennms.atlassian.net/browse/NMS-4763#icft=NMS-4763 are merged into 14.0.3. But when I look a stock copy of wmi-datacollection-config.xml from 14.0.3, I don't see either patch's changes in the file. Maybe these two patchs wasn't actually included in 14.0.3? Thanks, Tim
