Upgrade Needed for service-configuration.xml

Description

service-configuration.xml has some incompatible changes made since 1.12, and we should provide an upgrade component for it.

The OpenNMS:Name=PollerBackEnd service needs its class-name changed:

Also, the LoggingPrefix needs to be changed for a number of services:

  • Provisiond -> provisiond

  • Reportd -> reportd

  • Alarmd -> alarmd

  • Ackd -> ackd

Fixed on revision aa1892a1b11786fadf958b1e6909db69b2a1cb85 for 14.0.0.

This fix requires the new enhanment added to service-configuration.xml committed on revision 2296032a9c11a865e16e4d67b5a7272107a2011b
