Early Morning Report will not run correctly without any nodes in OpenNMS

Description

When you run the Early Morning Report without any data in your database it does not run the report correctly and hangs while trying to deliver the report through the browser.

We bumped the version to 6.1.1 and now the issue is gone.

With running integration tests against JasperReport templates, this issue appears again.
