Installer does not show AGPL license

Description

The installer references to a license (AGPL) but the license is never shown.
We should do at least the following:

place a LICENSE.txt or AGPL.txt in the created zip installer
show the AGPL.txt in the installer

Environment

Windows 8.1, but affects all environments
