Toggle icons on Node List Page are too small on resolutions greater than Full HD

Description

Icons for toggling database ID, requisition names and foreign IDs on Node List Page are hardly visible on resolutions greater than Full HD (e.g. Macbook Retina, etc.)

Suggestion:
Scalable, slim icons which can be styled with CSS can be found here: http://fontawesome.io/icons/ License has to be verified.

Using tables for the node lable and icons to have aligned layout.

I fixed the SASS errors in Jeff's changes and changed the glyphicons to font-awesome icons, making them scalable. Merged into foundation.

There is a branch called features/bootstrapify-fs-fid-info that was merged to develop which contains Jeff fixes (I believe). But, there are lots of SASS warning after that merge:

So, I think something is missing on Jeff's solution.

That git commit is just a merge commit, where are the actual changes that Jeff made?
