Add page for standalone node availability box

Description

If a node has 10 or more interfaces, the node availability box is not displayed on the node page.

In this case, there should be a link to another page to display this info.

I think the timeline images should expand width wise if possible. Looks like its hard coded to 250 pixels in /includes/nodeAvailability-box.jsp. So we'd just need to modify that to allow passing in a new width value.

Other, I have two ideas.

The first would be to use the two column divs to display the availability data.

The second would be to wrap the availability box in a max-width div. so the white space is pushed to the outsides.

Hey Ron,

first of all, nice enhancement. The timeline feature does not scale the time axes with the width of the view.
For the nodepage case that is borderline ok. But for the single page view it is a problem for sure.
How do you think about that?
