Switches values retrieved incorrectly in the BSF notification strategy

Description

In the implementation of the BSF notification strategy the required parameters 'file-name', 'bsf-engine' etc are attempted to be retrieved from substitution arguments instead of switches. Which isn't surprising given the hot mess that configuring notifications is.
