No CDP neighbors on a topological map

I checked the data and I found that the problem is similar to that we have fixed in issue . So follow that issue for more information....it is already fixed in 16.0 (develop), I'm going to cherry-pick in 14.0.4 and 15.0.2.
For the end of the week the fix will be available

On the old SVG map when it Add all from category "Network interfaces" i can see all neighbors and links between them, but on Topology Map always show only one and rearly some nodes. Any exceptions is absent.

Taras, you should have the Topology Map with Links.

Did you catch any exception when selecting the map?

Are you displaying the Topological Map or the Old SVG Map?
