Incorrect Availability information and Outage information

Description

It seems that after an outage occurs the availability does not restore and the device will sometimes still show as down.

On the main dashboard screen I have a few devices that show in Nodes With Outages. Not all of these devices are down. I can ping and snmpwalk the device from the server command line.

And in the device Event information I can see that the device has returned to up, however the Device Node screen the device shows as down.

Opennms contines to graph the device correctly

It really describes the same issue set but from a slightly different view, Maybe someone can close this a a duplicate?
